INNOVATING THE OFFER
The second day of the course is focused on how to infuse an innovation competency into both individuals and organizations. Leveraging learning from the preceding day’s focus on strategic planning for growth, day two will discuss the value creation, value capture and value delivery mechanism required to successfully innovate.
