Two industry veterans have launched a new growth strategy firm in Central Ohio called Venn Growth Collective.

Although Venn officially launched last week, Mike Bills and Eugenia Erlij said they have been working with clients over the past year.

“Eugenia and I took on about a half dozen clients over the last 12 months in order to build our business and to develop our models, our infrastructure and our frameworks," Bills said.

Before starting the firm, Bills was an executive in residence at Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business and he also has experience running the U.S. studios of Fitch and serving as president and an owner of Retail Planning Associates. Erlij has held management roles in consulting, retail, fashion, the food industry and more with McKinsey & Co., L Brands and Ashland Inc., where she worked in Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America.

Bills and Erlij said Venn brings data-driven analysis and creativity to the market. Clients include Highlights for Children, Charles Penzone, Wusthof and Japanese medical device company Gunze.
